Visitor restrictions back as COVID numbers rise

After reopening their doors to visitors on June 8, the Good Shepherd Home and the Horizon Assisted Living center of McKenzie County Healthcare Systems, Inc. in Watford City is once again being forced to impose restrictions on visitors.
The reason for the new restrictions is the rising COVID-19 numbers in McKenzie County. As of Friday, Sept. 3, the county had 121 positive cases, which was an increase of 32 from the previous day.
